The platform was designed to save time, reduce data entry mistakes, and make sure every contract lead receives fast communication.
The Challenge
Real estate contract processing was slow and manual.
The business needed a better way to handle contract documents and lead information. Manually reading each contract, copying customer details, sending messages, preparing follow-up emails, and updating spreadsheets created delays and increased the chance of human error.

I trained and configured an AI extraction workflow that scans contract documents, identifies key real estate data, and sends it through a Zapier automation pipeline for messaging, follow-up, database storage, and Excel reporting.
