- External platforms
- User configuration
Clients should review and test delivered work during the review or acceptance period and report any issues promptly.
10. AI and Automation Services
Some Sertechs services may involve artificial intelligence, automated workflows, APIs, machine learning tools, or third-party AI platforms.
AI-generated or automated outputs may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, or unexpected results.
Clients are responsible for reviewing business-critical outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, compliance, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
Sertechs does not guarantee that any AI or automation system will operate without interruption, error, or changes caused by third-party providers.
11. Third-Party Services

- Necessary to protect legal rights or security
Clients should avoid sending passwords or sensitive credentials through insecure communication channels where safer alternatives are available.
16. Marketing, SEO and Performance Results
Sertechs may provide SEO, advertising, conversion, website optimization, or digital growth services.

17. Client Approval and Project Acceptance
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables before final approval or launch.
Once a deliverable has been approved, published, launched, or placed into production, it may be considered accepted unless otherwise agreed.
Issues discovered after acceptance may be handled under an applicable support agreement or quoted as additional work.
18. Refunds and Cancellations
Because many Sertechs services involve custom professional work, time, planning, development, and resource allocation, payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a project is cancelled, the client may be responsible for payment for:
- Work already completed
- Time already spent
- Third-party costs already incurred
